I saw the picture above as I was looking for an image for a post last week. After the initial courtesy laugh for using something old in a new way, I started to think about how accurate it is. The web really does want you. The web has opened up an opportunity for the average person to be a published writer, to be a singer with a released music video, to be heard.

The the best news is there’s room for everybody and a culture of the more the merrier. You have something to say? Say it! To everybody! It doesn’t matter who you are.

This doesn’t mean that everyone will like what you have to say. It doesn’t mean thousands–or even hundreds–of people will read your blog or watch your YouTube channel. But you are welcome to contribute to the cloud. I love this. And I’m glad I’m here.
