I recently read a post by Chris Brogan entitled “Projects on My Plate”, listing everything that he’s heading up, writing and so forth. Since I ended my internship (yesterday) I’ve ironically found myself with a plate that’s filling up. So here’s my list:

• Writer at StaceyAlex.com
• Host of Beer and Blog Raleigh chapter weekly events – One tonight! Flying Saucer in downtown Raleigh. 6-8pm
• Writer for Lift Summit 2010 – I’ll be pre-blogging for the next 3 weeks and live blogging at the event on September 23^rd.
• Triangle AMA – I’m just an attendee to their events, who writes recaps for my blog, but one of my posts is going in their next newsletter. And I have other events of theirs to attend.
• Brander – I’ve been recruited to help a few startups and individuals to create their online presence.
• SEO meetups – I just attended my first event, but I will be going back.
• Student – I’m taking a drawing class. It’s a real class where I have to read a book and get graded on my work.

Ok so my list is neither as long nor as impressive as Chris’, but I’m surprised at how much I’m starting to do in such a short period of time. Note that for every event I attend, I also blog a recap post or series of posts. And all of this while I’m networking, building my personal brand, and looking for a job. Did I mention I also paint, take ninja classes, and have two races for charity this month?
